Introduction to Zenn Motors

 Zenn Motors or ZMC is a world-class maker of neighborhood electric vehicles. It focuses on producing cars that will provide quality city transportation while giving off quite a good impact to the environment.   The first ever prototype vehicle designed by the company during the year 2000 is called the Dauphine Electric. It was patterned from the economy class Renault Dauphine that was French-made. They intention was to provide a battery that will allow for 250 miles of travel or 400 kilometers per charge, with as little as three to five minutes of charging time and millions of recharging times.

  EEStor, Zenn’s source of batteries, claims that its newly developed technology that makes use of ultracapacitors is major enhancement over lithium ion batteries. It comes in neatly packed storages that is reduced in weight and volume while delivering the same amount of energy as with other batteries that are bigger in size and volume. Another upside of these revolutionized batteries is that they are proven to operate on extreme temperatures. EEStor also maintains that there is no use whatsoever of any hazardous materials during the production of these batteries. It was projected to allow a top speed of one hundred and twenty five kilometer per hour or 80 mph, with a travel range of two hundred fifty miles or 400 kilometers. It will be able to fully regain exhausted battery life in less than five minutes and will operate at a cost of one-tenth of a conventional internal combustion engine vehicle. Best of all, it is one hundred percent emission-free.
